Nutella Twists
A quick chocolate-filled snack, perfect with a cuppa
Ingredients
- Pastry World Puff Pastry 5” Squares
- Chocolate Spread
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Method
- Separate your Pastry World puff pastry 5” squares
- Spread your chocolate spread over the entire pastry, leaving a 1cm border around the sheet
- Tightly roll the square to make a roll
- Cut the roll in half lengthwise to get 2 semi-cylinders
- Twist both pieces together, exposing the layers of pastry and spread
- Brush with an egg wash and sprinkle with granulated sugar
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C ( 200°C Fan / Gas Mark 7) until your pastry is golden
