Nutella Twists

A quick chocolate-filled snack, perfect with a cuppa

Ingredients

  • Pastry World Puff Pastry 5” Squares
  • Chocolate Spread
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Method

  1. Separate your Pastry World puff pastry 5” squares
  2. Spread your chocolate spread over the entire pastry, leaving a 1cm border around the sheet
  3. Tightly roll the square to make a roll
  4. Cut the roll in half lengthwise to get 2 semi-cylinders
  5. Twist both pieces together, exposing the layers of pastry and spread
  6. Brush with an egg wash and sprinkle with granulated sugar
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C ( 200°C Fan / Gas Mark 7) until your pastry is golden
